Hi, I received an offer letter by email having a joining date. Later, the joining date was revised and an email was sent (in reply to the previous email) stating the new joining date. These emails are received from the employer’s official ID (of HR). However, on request for a signed scanned copy, the HR personnel said it would be send as soon as it is ready, however, I have already put in my Recruitment interview skills

All As an HR professional with 20 years experience I wanted to share with you the presentation I use when visiting universities to brief students on what employers are looking for during interviews. Some things in the presentation seem so obvious but I was surprised at how poorly some gradutes did at interviews e.g. not finding out about the company, turning up late, inappropriately dressed etc Wether Gratuity is payable or not

Dear Friends and Managers Now a days, the percentage of femal HR is 80% in IT and ITES industry are placed instead of male HR. What will be the future percentage for this position. Dear Colleagues, Is it necessary to deduct the PF & ESIC of the temp staff. For eg- We have some labours at our ware house & monthly we are paying them Rs 4000/- (As per the min wages act) and over time charges.
