Dear Colleagues, Is it necessary to deduct the PF & ESIC of the temp staff. For eg- We have some labours at our ware house & monthly we are paying them Rs 4000/- (As per the min wages act) and over time charges. Is it necessary to deduct their PF & ESIC from their salary in Delhi? Regards Himanshu
