Dear CiteHR Friends, We have newly generated ID Cards for all employees of all branches across India. The design of the ID card is: Front Side: Company Logo, Company Name, Photo of the Employee, Name of the Employee, Employee Code Number. Dear Seniors, We are in the process of designing a system where we can track the employees who leave early. I Need your valuable suggesstion on the same. we are into a healthcare BPO service where employees are working in shiifts.The problem is that the employees leave early or on half day leaves (specially during Night shifts) and there is no track of them. Hi, As per policy of our company, Sick Leave can be accumulated maximum upto 90 days but it is not encashable. My query is whether after 90 days, it should again start as a new cycle i.e.from zero for the new calendar year or the balance will remain as 90 and the additional 6 SL for the new calendar year will be lapsed. Hello All, I want to transfer data from one workbook to another. Eg: =sum(WB1:WB2) Answer- 65. I want to sum up data from one sheet to another. The sheet is protected and used by other ppl. Like a time sheet and i want to collate the number of hours the Employee’s are putting in. Goodbye mails by employees leaving the Org.

Hi! I am woking as a HR Manager in a US based IT company. The employee strength of this company is 220 and all the employees have experience ranging from 0 to 2.5 yrs. So attrition rate is high as some employees are leaving because of marriage,relocation and few engineers are leaving for higher studies. There are 4-5 resignations every month.
