ESI Wage Ceiling raised

Dear All, ESI Wage limit has been raised from 10k to 15k per month. This Proposal has been approved by ESI Corporation on 19th Feb whreby the limits to permanent total disablement & dependant’s benefit has also been raised. The notification has not yet come. Dnt knw from which month would this be applicable. You can read this notification in today’s Times of India or 19th’s Hindu
