Hi All Iam Working for a designing company, as a Admin Executive. Our Branch are also there in Bangalore/Delhi/Chennai/Mumbai. We are havng E P F Code , We have 60 regular employees. Apart from these 60 employess we have 300 numbers of workers supplied by labour contractor. He is alo having E P F Code. For our regular employees we are contributing 12% of Full wages (I.e if salary isRS 30000 we contribute RS 3600. Ther is provision that we have to contibute 12 up to the celling of Rs 6500. The Policy is "payroll will deduct all leave (that have been taken in the month) from the salary of that month.
