Hi All Iam Working for a designing company, as a Admin Executive. Our Branch are also there in Bangalore/Delhi/Chennai/Mumbai. And playing a important role in the company, colleagues and manager doesn't have respect for me, I tried working as per wish. Gave my best what ever I can do as a good and supportive admin. But still my Manager always come out with one line Iam the one who Doesn't have any celling for epf contibution

We are havng E P F Code , We have 60 regular employees. Apart from these 60 employess we have 300 numbers of workers supplied by labour contractor. He is alo having E P F Code. For our regular employees we are contributing 12% of Full wages (I.e if salary isRS 30000 we contribute RS 3600. Ther is provision that we have to contibute 12 up to the celling of Rs 6500. Now we want to contribute up to R PF, ESI, PT, TDS, FBT Calculator

Dear All My company having 400+ employee (including production staff) is reviewing on leave policy. The Policy is "payroll will deduct all leave (that have been taken in the month) from the salary of that month. But at year end payroll will give the money back for that leaves (for 24 days only). the purpose of this policy is to decrease the absenteeism in the organization. I wish to highlight the 'threat' clauses in service agreement. i) That the DESIGNATION shall be liable to pay the company, as and by way of liquidated damages a sum of Rs.
